Kizhi: The treatment is used to cure vata dosh. Sand, rice, herbs and even powders are used in this method.

Pizhichil: Pizhichil literal meaning is squeezing. Warm medicated oil is squeezed on the patients body to strengthen the muscles and relive pain.

Nasyam: The treatment is extremely useful in reducing the perception of pain by brain.

Padabhyangam: Quick body revitalization is achieved with this method. Foot massage is given focusing on certain pressure points which balances the Doshas.

Abhyangam: The technique channelizes nerve ending and ultimately relieving pain from the body. It is a complete body massage performed by using medicated herbal oils.
